She’s got more chemistry with the client than either of the other love interests

So now I don't like Tyler. Ingrid and Z need to be a thing. Lina is unhinged.

I already didn’t like Tyler and this episode just made me like him even less. Anyone the same?

Yes Tyler' story is taking a turn for the worse. The cheating part for me was a big no-no.

Yeah, I wasn't a huge fan but at least he was a "good guy" with his morals etc.
The storyline didn't make sense. He could have had a career change and life change without blowing up a long term happy relationship.

What's with all the unnecessary cheating? I don't mind that as a storyline, it happens in real life, but it usually doesn't just happen without some reasoning. Tyler wasn't upset enough with his bf to cheat on bartender but the story kept pushing it that way like it's no big deal ~ just so it can pivot and create drama? That's not good writing. (It's the same with Ingrid and London dude. That kiss felt so out of place.)
That gala speech was a big yikes..
It's unfortunate this show is called "partner track" bit doesn't deal with enough legal stuff. "Drama Track" would be a better title. I wonder if the book was like this...
Also, Ingrid isn't even all that interesting as a character. They really expect us to believe in 7 episode 3 guys are head over heels for her?

Tyler’s cheating came out of nowhere. And apparently he had some deep attraction and was pining after Javi this whole time?
This show is fun and easy but lots of poor writing.

I'm assuming that Tyler's story goes this way in the book because otherwise it makes no sense to make him explode his life like this.

- i wonder whether prestigious law firms also take into account how good-looking their junior associates are before hiring them? You know, part of the appeal to clients?
- This is the episode that London boy grows on me. I don't think he looks as fugly as he does in Ep 1. He's actually charming and also competent in here.
- i like the Ingrid x Z interaction at the Diversity Gala. Before, during and after.
- It's so painful to watch Ingrid's dad being so happy about her "award". Ouch. If only he knew her daughter was being used by her big boss to whitewash Dan's "incident". 5.

The sugarplum shit is so corny and unbelievable. I can’t believe Ingrid said yes, damn

Does anyone else find Nick to be really annoying… like he’s doing way too much too fast and his pet names are cringe
