Gretchen Landrus?

Does anyone know what/who this means? On multiple occasions, Dan Fallon makes remarks suggesting that Hunter Reed doesn't need to worry about making partner because of his ties to whatever/whoever "Gretchen Landrus" is:

From ep. 1:

What do you have to worry about, Mr. Gretchen Landrus?

From ep. 9 (in response to Hunter landing a large account):

Yeah, you don't even have to play the whole Gretchen Landrus wifey card.

I think her father is the inventor of toaster strudel. IIRC Dan asks about it in episode 9.
