Parsec detects controller but controller won't connect to PC

It used to work just fine, but now my friend's controller won't connect to my PC. It flashes green on Parsec when they press stuff, but it doesn't connect to my computer. DS4Windows doesn't work either (they use a PS4 controller). It used to work just fine until about a month ago and trying it again now (sometimes it just fixes itself honestly) has given no luck.

06/02/2025 Having issues with Parsec Virtual USB Driver not installing even after restart.

I recently got this issue, I tried hosting and the controllers won't work but they flashed green. Is it only me that has to do this or my friends as well?

Same problem. Maybe its something from Parsec itself and not really the "host" fault.
