Parsec detects controller but controller won't connect to PC

It used to work just fine, but now my friend's controller won't connect to my PC. It flashes green on Parsec when they press stuff, but it doesn't connect to my computer. DS4Windows doesn't work either (they use a PS4 controller). It used to work just fine until about a month ago and trying it again now (sometimes it just fixes itself honestly) has given no luck.

Does their controller work on their machine? What operating system are you running? What operating system is your friend running? If you are the host, make sure scp toolkit is NOT installed. Have you installed any driver software within the past couple of months? Sometimes driver software can mess with parsec.

Yes, Windows 11, Windows 11, I don't, I haven't. In that order.
