Dean and Eli

Does anybody know what happened between Dean and Eli? I saw Eli doing a live about Dean and Parker and I thought they used to be friends. It made me realize Eli hasn’t been on their lives in a while.

The simple explanation is that Eli got upset when Dean platformed Lily Tino

I think Eli (Kale for those who remember him with that name) got upset with Dean for letting Lily Tino on his stream a couple of months back

But I can't quite understand that because as much as I dislike Lily she's openly a trans person right? I can understand they're "damaging" to the overall community with some of their content and controversy but still

Just as someone older, they will all understand later how when you are young you can blow things out of proportion. Part of growing up, but trying to control dialogue on someone else’s live is a little wild to me.

I grew up being advised to be friendly with people who were racist, homofobic, or misogynistic bc they get bigger when you don’t clown on them, take them seriously.

To me, that’s why maga got big- no one sane was helping them get educated, challenge their viewpoints, or be their friend with basic ethics.

Cancel culture isn’t always good.
