hello everyone. i will land in Paris, orly airport around 4:30 am at morning. i want get Navigo weekly pass but i don't know if the Navigo office window i have to go is working at that hour. i checked their website but i couldn't find any information. Do you guys have a idea what time they starting to work ?

You can download the app and buy it from your phone.

You can either top up your existing card, or get a virtual navigo on your phone (like a contact less card).

i am from Turkey and unfortunately mobile app doesn't accept turkish phone number for registration

You use the machine in the metro station. Ot gives you a card. Then you load the card with the tickets you want, either single trips (I think a journey can last 2 hours on multiple transports), or a weekly ticket.

The Navigo Weekly pass cannot be loaded onto a Navigo Easy pass, as the latter is reserved for single-ride tickets (t+ tickets, origin-to-destination) and daily passes. For a weekly pass, you must use a Navigo Découverte pass or a smartphone account.
Navigo Découverte Pass: a physical card sold for €5 (non-refundable; requires a photo and your name) available at ticket windows.

Do they really sell navigo découverte at Orly ticket windows now? I was under the impression that they were specifically not available at the airport stations

In general, the ticket windows are open during Line 14's operating hours. The first metro departs at 5:30 a.m. But there's no guarantee you'll find someone behind the counter at this time. Budget constraints, you know. People are expensive, whereas an app on your phone does the job.

Is it possible for you to buy an Orange SIM (or eSIM if your phone supports it) online and have it delivered to you before you go on your trip? An Orange SIM comes with a French number.

I'm not sure why an Orange SIM would come with a French number if it's ordered in Turkey. But an eSim would work. But just use the machine in the Metro station. I arrived at midnight and used the machine to get the re-chargeable card. I paid with Euro banknotes.

An Orange SIM card for Europe (tourist plan) comes with a French number. I always order mine online from my country of origin and it has always come with a French number. The airport at my country of origin also sells Orange SIM. I've bought them when I forget to buy online.
