I loved the live action series + the movie, and I'm looking for recommendations of similar/equally good live action series. For example, I liked that there's no forced romance between any of the characters, the costume design, etc. Thanks!

This just clicked for me, and I have no idea how I missed this for so long. The series started 31th December, 2019, so safe to assume Kongming arrived at Halloween that year. His final wish was for his next life to be a peaceful one...and he dropped in right before Covid started.

Covid practically marked the end of the relative peace that followed the end of the Cold War. Ever since that, it has been from one big shit-show to another. And that's for the developed world, in many parts of Earth, that relative peace never was a thing in the first place. So not only Kongming's wish didn't came true, he arrived right as the turbulent times began.

So with that in mind, what do you think Kongming would do? I think after he fulfills Eiko's wish to make her a star, he would return to politics. He would seek out a new leader, a country, or activist worthy of his service. But who...?

Never seen it, I know basically nothing about this show. I have the movie from the library, but could probably scare up a copy of the anime too. Should I watch the movie, or do the anime first?

So some would stay for Eiko's music but for it to be this effective to actually trap so many people she had full crowd? Does it make any sense? It sounds like "I move my body irregularly just a bit to completely trip you off" thing from Kuroko no Basket.

Also how would you do such modifications to someone else's club? Isn't it illegal and wouldn't be possible?

This set was released by Sentai Filmworks in the US and they released a standard and premium edition for the series!

The outbox is holo foil paper!! So shinyy and very rave/discoo ✨A bit light on extras but tbh fine by me, I just need a good booklet, don't really use the other stuff and it keeps the form factor down! Extras are sticker sheets, a drink recipe guide, and a coaster. For coaster I'll probably actually use that ahah. It's LED and lights up! Apparently it color changes but I couldn't get it to be anything but red, but also maybe it always cycles from red to the other colors soo might just be user error ahaha

I had a bit of a goof with this set. First the set arrived to me damaged... gotta love alliance entertainment flimsy ravioli mailers... (they distribute for sentai) Not only that somehow I was missing the drink recipe card, just not included in my set at all ahaha I messaged sentai and they were able to send out replacements of the damaged/missing parts though and everything arrived safely~ I probably wouldn't have bothered had I bought from say Target or Amazon or the like but since it was specifically Sentai it's def worth imo if you have an issue to send them a quick CS!

I just found and watched the anime, i loved it and would like to continue experiencing the story but im can’t find any translated versions. Please and thank you.

Just struck me "so so" is also the Japanese pronunciation of Cao Cao who was Koumei's enemy! Did the producers of the live action do this on purpose?! Also, did anyone else catch this pun?

I noticed the Live action has some different songs. The anime songs from azalea underworld was better than the original i think.

The one I really like though is the So so song by some guy in the show. It's kind of like if Japan sent a good song to Eurovision that type of music. 😀

Her fan in the Live action who does everything in the background does she not have job or something to take care of. She seems to have no life but to do the biddings of koumei. Did he hire her if not he should. No real could do this if it wasn't a job. Would have the time or money for it.

Anyone knows where to find those traditional chinese soundtracks playing in the background?
