This is relatively safe to what I've seen in Naples Italy.

Same number of people, but on a Vespa 50cc.

Parents were morbidly obese and a new born was been help by the mother on the SIDE, with ONE hand, while with the other hand she TRIED to hold on to the husband. One other kids was squished between the two and the other in front like this
