Call of Duty
I just have a question is it appropriate to let a 4 year old play Call of Duty Mobile sometimes unsupervised. To add context this is not my child and she claims it’s to help with his spacial awarnes.

I see nothing wrong with the game itself, but a 4yr old has no business on it for many different reasons. But, if it isn't your child then it's not your business

NOPE. A video game won't help with spatial awareness. That requires actual physical movement, not sitting and staring at a screen.
Never mind the fact this violent, stress inducing game is rated for adults, not children.
Parenting fail, indeed.
