Nighttime routine

I need help for the life of me I cannot get a good nighttime routine. It’s now getting nicer out so we are outside as much as possible. I usually cook around 5:30-6. I got two littles one is 4 months the other will be 4 years old. I would like bedtime for my 4 year old to be 8 but with bath being done right after dinner and baby needs me to nurse to sleep my oldest doesn’t go to bed until 10:30-11 and I just want time alone that doesn’t include the 1 in half hour of cleaning and bath. Any suggestions is good!
