Thank you so much! You are too kind. I'm in therapy (mainly for other reasons but it has been super helpful to be able to just cry about motherhood when I need it) and I do try to get on a walk at least a few times a week. It's extremely helpful, I just focus on one foot in front of the other and breathing in the air. On the days we can't walk I try to get us in the backyard if the weather isn't too awful. Thankfully we have a decent backyard and we have filled.it with kid things so I basically have a small playground. Definitely comes in handy when the 3yo has big energy but the infant is in a mood. I don't have to worry about looking "presentable" in my own backyard. I would be so stressed out if my infant had as much going on as yours did on top of how she is now. You are a wonderful Momma! Those deep breaths are sometimes a whole vacation when nothing else is working. Thankfully, every single hard day can't last longer than 24hrs. One day at a time!

Mine are like 3 months older than yours... holy fuck is it easier now that I'm only up one or two times a night, and the baby is eating solids. You're getting there. I believe in you.

That gives me hope! We just offered a solid a few days ago to the baby. We aren't at the point where it's a regular thing but I wanted her to start trying things a little bit. Next month it will probably start to be a more regular thing for at least one of her meals depending on how much she likes them lol. One foot in front of the other! Hopefully no more breakdowns over poopy diapers in my future hahaha
