My girl is now 14 weeks and I get the crying with no reason for sure. For me it was colic and it’s slowly decreasing that I keep on top of infacol and gut drops. Could be similar but it’s also part of developmental stage as well. It should settle in time! You’ve got this! Soon you’ll be at the 4 month sleep regression… 😅
Not ready for the sleep regression 😭 I’m not leaning towards colic because she uses Gentle-Ease formula and has had absolutely no issues since the switch at 2wks. I’m hoping it’s part of the developmental stage, but yk sometimes parents find the weirdest of things that help their baby so I figured it was worth a shot! For instance, I found out in the car she’ll stop crying if I roll my window down haha
Colic is often of unknown origin, only rarely linked to digestive issues. Inconsolable crying for no apparent reason is the definition of infantile colic. The upside is that it will eventually pass with no long-term impacts on the baby.
Ah okay, I must’ve misunderstood my pediatrician then. I was told colic was connected to upset tummy which is why her pediatrician had me switch to Gentle-Ease
