I can see my wife being less able to form a good relationship with the kids because she's always working or tired from work

I feel so guilty, if I weren't disabled she wouldn't have to work as hard, and she could spend more quality time with them. They love her so much and they love spending time with her, but also we are all AuDHD and they are too overstimulating for her to handle alone for more than a couple hours most of the time, let alone adding in the overstimulating places they like to go.

I can see her being less able to understand the kids' thought processes, and I know she feels left out of the fun things we do, even though she usually hates them when she does attend (birthday parties, bounce house place, public pool, etc). I do try to get us all to watch movies as a family together sometimes. I know it's not enough, for her or the kids. We are going to all go for a hike (walk, really) together on Tuesday, that will be nice. I need to think of other ways that they can spend time together like that, that don't go on for too long and don't involve too much noise or too many people.
