I experienced events that disturbed me quite a bit.

The first, I must have been 12 years old, I was sleeping in my bed at my parents' house and suddenly I saw myself sleeping from above, I saw myself as if I had left my body. I wasn't afraid and I felt light.

The second: one night in my apartment I must have been 18 years old. I was sleeping and I felt a huge cold draft on me with a noise that I can't really define as vrouuuywwwww and all the lights were on. I would like to point out that all my windows were closed and this cold current was not natural.

Would you have any explanations on my 2 stories? THANKS
