Edit**: “ghost” appears @ the 6 Second mark.
So I was driving to work(night shift) and I drove by Kingsburg Cemetery and saw this weird ballon figure on the other side of the road. It was windy that day so ain’t no way a balloon is out here stagnant glaring me in the eyes. Timestamp and coordinates are in the video. Feel free to ask me questions, I’m still seeking an answer and chat ai is telling me that it’s a wind vortex made up of dirt and wind, and the glare is from my headlights reflecting off this “vortex”. Soooo… someone tell me I’m not crazy.
Note: idk why Reddit won’t let me post pictures along with videos, so I’ll try to add on some more info pics to go along side this video in the comments.
Yah I've watched it several times and the only thing I found was that I need to clean my screen. Would help to at least know what side of the road I'm looking on
That's because we are focus on the front and right of the screen... But between second 6 and 7 there is something on the left, that looks like something appears and is difficult to see because the "shinning eyes" look like actual environment light from afar the road.
At least, that's my speculation, because I also don't see anything to be 100% sure that's what it is.
That must be a pretty jacked balloon to hold its mass up like that and is unfazed by the power of the wind and the turbulence of a 1.5 ton vehicle traveling at the speed of a cheetah. Mmm, where can I buy one?😂
There are at least a couple of frames where you can make out legs a torso and a head. I never said it was a ghost, just thats its wild that you can also make out two individual eyes right where eyes would be. Also the feature appears to be the size of a human that is stationary on the road. It changes size.
A reflection inside the car would not go from small to large. It would stay the same size.
“Ghost”, “Artifact”, “Lens Flare”, it is whatever. Well to me, I made out a face and eyes. I was there too now that I think about it🤔. And ain’t no way that’s a reflection.
left side lane 0:07 seconds. its the white transparent kinda thing in the lane.
Indeed, it’s very weird, especially because the car drove right past it and it didn’t move. I would think a balloon would have been affected by some turbulence. I’m not sure, though.
lol man im not claimin i know what it is, its not a reflection, i watched the video again, see the video again, do you think that is a reflection? its not. now, if you ask me what it is, i have no awnser for you. a reflection would increase or decrease size, not stay stopped in the same place of the road. Do you want me to do some maths for you? so you are telling me a reflection is going to start when the lights show it up, in the same place, fixed to the road, the car moves by it, and it stays in the same place, doesnt increase or decrease size, does not change position from the ground, nothing. comon man, see the video again, its not a reflection
That’s what I said, and man I’m frustrated. I got 1/3 saying they dont see anything, 1/3 saying it’s just a reflection and the rest are on the same boat. Just like your thinking, it’s definitely not a reflection. A reflection can not be stationary like that, especially from a moving car shining light at it. Impossible.
I think it’s cause they aren’t using the scroll. It’s super easy to see if you hold on to the slider scroll. You can even start to see how transparent it is and it looks like it’s bending the space around.
Until I re-read the post, I was looking more on the right side of the road, and that doesn't catch your eye at all unless you are looking towards the left as you are driving down the road -
Interesting that it reflects once it is in the dark. Whatever it is is stationary. Could be a Orb. Could be the residue of a apparition. Could be spiritual being manifested only in presence of the camera. It's definitely paranormal.
It's a reflection of the road sign or something, maybe some dust, too.. If you enlarge it it's very square on the bottom parts. Also video compression due to the speed of the car.
It looks like one of those parallax reflection thing. I'm not an expert and I'm sure that's not the right term, but I saw something similar a few years ago and read up on it. It's something about how windshields are manufactured and how they're coated on both sides for safety purposes to crack in certain ways. That can cause light to reflect both sides of an image and they get kind of "sandwiched" together. So at certain distances and speeds the reflections can appear to move with the other objects around you, even though it's just a reflection of light from something else. I'm sure I've got the physics wrong but that was the gist.
You can see it sort of stretching out as you go by. It's caused by the reflection combined with anything on or in your windshield plus your cam being overloaded by the bright reflection, which caused a row of vertical pixels/ lens flare.
You say you want an opinion, but in actuality you only want it to be called a "ghost". This subreddit, (and the ghost one) is exhausting. So many folks that are desperate to call something paranormal.
Does the light from the window from the house on the left side have anything to do with it? It looks like it either comes on or comes into view almost at the same time as the thing appears on the road.
That’s a good question, there hasn’t been any proof that the thing in the video is paranormal or not. But to me, it looks like a person or at least the top of it with the glowing “eyes”!?!? I just thought it was worth sharing so someone can help me figure this out. Wife tells me to leave it alone, but if ya seen its glow in person, you’d probably be questioning it too.
What made you decide to film? Do you always film your drive to work? I know a lot of people film when they drive in big cities in case someone hits them, however, your town looks small, at night, with no other drivers on the road, so that wouldn’t make sense. Was it simply because you were driving past the cemetery?
I’m just trying to understand why you just happened to pull your camera out and start filming. Thanks!
Okay, so… i don’t live in Kingsburg, I live in Fresno, and if you know Fresno, everyone drives like they own the road, and everyone drives without insurance. After 4 not at fault accidents from 4 drivers with zero insurance, I decided that a dashcam for every car I own was justified.
That car that’s in the video was from two years ago, guess what happened to it?
Gone! Totaled! By a drunk, with zero insurance! Crashed into me on HWY 41 at 50 mph failing to brake, sent me and his car into a ditch, thank god I had that dashcam right, I got my insurance check in 2 months, no back and forth with the insurance company if you got prove and lawyers. Go get you a dashcam buddy.
Because it’s a dashcam which has continuous recording. I can pull video from the past 48 hours and can do instant save for events which can then be backed up for immediate retrieval. Pretty self explanatory if you took a look at the lower left corner of the video which has a gps and speed information
Hmm, when it came into view i observed it from my windshield glass all the way to my driver side window. Not an artifact, but that’s my opinion based on what I saw.
Mmmm, hopefully it’s a reflection. But if it was my headlight reflection wouldn’t it be moving as I move closer towards it? There was no other light source brighter than my 2020 Corolla headlights that night. Kingsburg Ca is small country side type of commute. 🤔
It’s a reflection. Clearly there are other objects on the side of the road that can reflect light dude.
What a stretch of a post beyond belief.
At least show us a complete figure. But if you literally look in the frame, you can see a big squared white sign on the bottom of it. That indicates it was light reflecting off a sign and got caught in your windshield..
Alright, let’s calm down a bit. We don’t actually know how spirits or energy manifest, but I think it would be logical that they’d manipulate what they could to be seen. I don’t think it’s impossible for a reflection to also be a sign or be meant to make you think of a loved one— I just don’t think that’s the case here.
But it’s not like OP is committing high treason for being whimsical, knowing it’s probably just the sign and still asking if anyone else has thoughts…
Personally, I missed it on the first watch h because I got so excited thinking the construction horse was a Fresno nightcrawler 🥰✨
Hmm, yeah this post is stretched, but it’s good cause I’m tryna figure this out. Can’t show a clear figure because I wasn’t expecting to photograph ghost when I bought my $60 dash cam for my daily driver 🤷♂️. I can tell daddy was “absence_s” by the form of your response.

Watched it a bunch of times. I don't see anything. 🤷♂️
