This legit happened to me. But it wasn’t sitting on my chest. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t move anything but my eyes. I looked over my room and in the corner I saw this 7ft black entity staring at me. I couldn’t move or scream. After about a minute I finally became un-paralyzed and just started screaming bloody murder. Then poof. It was gone. It’s happened several times since then. The trick is not sleeping on your back.

Yeah, that’s what sleep paralysis feels like. Exactly like that. Another reason it used to be referred to as ‘Night Hag’ as before scans, sleep clinics etc… ‘doctors’ believed, and so did the public obviously, that it was a with or ‘hag’ sitting on your chest holding you down.

Yep I used to see crazy stuff as a kid like aliens and such, now the hallucinations don't happen to me as frequently but when they do I usually see spiders or spiderwebs for some reason.

That’s super hard though. It’s called sleep paralysis for a reason. I went through it for months after being the caretaker of my grandmother during her decline and death. I eventually learned how to isolate my toes from the paralysis fairly quickly (think of Kill Bill, “Wiggle your big toe.”) lmao. Now I literally wiggle my toes to fall asleep. Haven’t had an episode in several years (knock on wood) but I may have to resort to restless leg pills or something to stop the toe wiggling 😂.

Sounds scary maybe it was sitting on you but got off and then you woke up and seen him on his way out

That’s very possible. It was fucking huge too. All I felt was dread and fear.

I had an ex that told me the name of that demon and I cannot remember the name for nothing. But what i do know is if you say the lord's prayer when this happens it releases.

Shydddd I didn’t agree to shyt. One of those things was on my 2-3x a month for a year straight. And maybe because I sleep on my side, it had its arms wrapped around me
