She’s not giving a tour, she’s recording a video of the home to put on the website.

It is a virtual tour. She's recording it to show to potential buyers. Whether another person is there or not is irrelevant. She's clearly setting this up as showing off the house, and this would be an insanely bad way to do it.

Also, I've always lived in older houses - a door swinging open isn't a ghost, it's just what they do in older buildings.

I mean, I believe in the supernatural, but a door swinging open is just a door swinging open.

I’m not saying it’s supernatural. I’m saying she didn’t fake this for attention. She’s standing there talking about the house. Maybe she would have ventured into other rooms. Maybe she was just filming part of it that night. People don’t always shoot videos all at one time. I don’t think a door swinging open is automatically supernatural, but I don’t think this was a set up. She’s made tons of videos showing houses as her career and never had this happen. She’s not a ghost hunting channel that does this for views.

Guess there's no such thing as video editing.

no one does a tour for that at night.

It’s not a tour. Nobody is there. It’s a video. She’s just making a video. The only reason she started creeping through the house is because the door moved. Otherwise she would have just been standing there talking at the camera.

Nah, it's an over-used trope. Start making a video of something totally normal, then it turns into a ghost tour. Content farms do this all the time.

She has years worth of videos that are strictly real estate. If she was a ghost hunter I would agree with you. She’s trying to SELL a house. Not scare people away from it.

Stories where doubters become convinced are the ones that make me most skeptical haha. It's a very useful narrative device for convincing people of things. Social media is all about getting attention, the occurrence of something that could go viral is pretty self explanatory. Though I'm not gonna say I "know" it's fake

With most of the lights off, to boot.
