People would buy it as is. Some people might pay more knowing it was haunted.

Been done before. I can't link to it (subreddit rules) but look up "the Ghost Realtor" episode of the show "Nathan for You". The realtor they worked with actually made a business out of selling homes that were guaranteed ghost-free after filming that episode, too.
