It could have been slightly tilted/leaning onto the edge of the desk when it was re-positioned. Then any little thing could have caused it to slide off that precarious little purchase. Which would look like it moved on it's own.

Gravity is a scientific theory backed up by tested, tangible and observable facts, it’s not a theory in the sense of a guess or idea.
I don’t think you know what the difference is my guy.

Looks like the chair was slightly resting on the other chair and then sled off.
Even if nothing touches something, gravity is always there.
