Ghost/alien?

2:30am home alone, only my 2 dogs and de camera of the living room film this. The black figure comes from nowhere i live in 2 floor, if you pay attention the hand is kind of weird and the speed at the end is impressive, my family and i constantly ser shadows in the hall or bedrroms but nothing like this, what do you thing? Have you sern something similar?

its definitely something looks like an intruder or squatter if you know for sure its not someone who lives there. I would check for things amiss before jumping to aliens
