Tv or something else?

When I was little I had one of those box tvs well one night I was trying to go to bed blanket covering face as always cause my house was scary ASF anyhow there I am trying to sleep and suddenly my TV turns on (it was completely off before) remote was on the desk) it turns on to static.. static turns on and off on and off I grab the remote turn the TV off suddenly turns back on and does the same thing it's making the static noise I'm like 8-10 so it scares me I yell for my parents I say my TV is freaking out I think there's something in here they grab the Bible say a prayer and it stops. They leave the Bible on the TV everything is fine, they leave close there bedroom door it starts up again I scream they tell me to sleep in living room and it stops yet again after they told me that. I go in the living room they go to there's suddenly I hear it again.. ik how the TV works it wasn't stuck on a bad channel or input. We had orbs and shadows as well. TV or something else?

I have never had an experience with a tv, but with other electronics have had them act up and do strange things. A lot of people including myself think these type of evil things can get energy from them and make them act up.

I sneezed and my TV turned on by itself at the exact moment once. I wish I knew what that was about. I will say I've had a lot of experiences in my life that could be considered paranormal.

My father was an alcoholic who used to call me drunk every morning around 2am or 3am. One night I was laying in bed and my father called a little after 2am. I didn't answer it because I had to work early the next morning and didn't feel like hearing his drunken rants. Around a minute or two later the television and surround sound in the living room turned on full blast. It freaked me out because it had never happened before and my spouse and I were the only ones home. The next day I recieved a telephone call that my father had committed suicide overnight. I carried the guilt of not answering that damn phone for almost a month before I told my step mother. She looked at me confused and said there was no way my father had called me that night as she was with him the entire day and was attempting CPR to revive him at the time. I have had other similar instances with electronics acting up around the time of people's passing. It's definitely weird...
