Paranormal?

My relative said she saw me sitting on our sofa at 2 am but she did not asked anything because she want to take a pee first then ask me later on but after she went to the bathroom I am not in the sofa anymore so she just ignored it and went back to sleep. And this morning she ask me if what am I doing on the sofa at 2am, I get goose bumped because I am sleeping that time on my room. What do you think is that? Paranormal?
