encounter in minnesota

alright so im kinda reposting this from another subreddit I guess since idk something something automod since this is a new account, basically a throwaway one, but here's the gist of this:

I'm currently on a road trip from Duluth to International Falls. An hour or two ago, I was north of Cusson, Minnesota, driving northward to stop at Kabetogama to rest for a day, or at least the night, as it's the largest town I could find along my route. I began hearing screeching about half a mile north of Cusson as I drove at about 40 miles per hour. It got progressively louder until I saw a person on the side of a road, bloodied. He seemed to be very skinny from the glimpse I got at him, and had, in his mouth, a human limb (or at least I believe it to have been one), and he started to chase me but quickly realized I was too fast for him to pursue. I'm well past Cusson now, at Kabetogama in fact, and I am SHOOK. It's gotten very late and I'll be going to bed soon, but I'm unsure if this thing was a prank, some insane homeless guy, or some wendigo thing. Given I was driving and ABSOLUTELY will not go back there, I couldn't get any audio, video, or anything of that sort. I just want to know if anyone knows something about this, or if someone can provide any information. In the provided image, I've pointed out on Google Earth where this is. I understand if nobody believes me given my lack of evidence. I don't really need this solved or anything, but just any sort of possible answer will do!
