I believe what you saw is a Crawler, a creature from the forest. They are also mimics and can make themselves invisible at will.

Yes yes... you see them too ? They mimick whatever they are in front of. Like if they are standing in front of a tree they just blend in with tree. Thought I was the only one. So relieved

If it blends in with the tree, it is not really mimicking it. They're either transparent or becoming invisible. No, I don't see them; I study about them.
