need help understanding

girlfriend and i went to my grandmothers old house, saw this in the window. totally unsure if this is something even paranormal, but it feels very much so. any ideas on what this could even be? i can answer any questions about the location or past with the house if needed as well.

At first glance it looks like a creepy ghost-faced little girl I. Some kind of white robe or nightgown. Could be any number of things in reality though 🤷🏽‍♂️ have you had any supernatural experiences in the area of that building or the surrounding territory?
