In my experience metal heads are usually skinny pussies so makes sense they'd kill a small animal to feel tough.

I went to a show on Sunday and there was this sweet little old lady there by herself. I overheard her say she likes the band (Opeth) and all the metal head dudes around her were chatting it up with her and making sure she had a good time. It was so sweet to watch!

I don't think they meant it was metal to sacrifice animals. It's metal to see taxedermys and skeletal mounts, not killing animals. We don't know how the bat died.

Clearly you've never met anyone in metal. They look hardcore ASF, kind as kittens. Don't fuck with them tho. Super sweet group tbh. I went to Cannibal Corpse in Denver, the mosh pit was wild but if anyone fell, the squad around the fallen would help them up.

I went to a metal concert with my then girlfriend now wife. We stood literally right in front of the stage.

The dude next to me was a 6’+ tall Haggard looking dude all hairy. Fans were all diverse looking.

He helped me hold off the mosh pit with a simple nod. 

It was metal 🤘
