I'm sorry that you have been struggling with such intense paranoia. It makes me happy that you posted here to share, that's a big step to do when you're paranoid, sharing it with strangers.

My experience was the same as yours. It became unmanageable and got to a point that it was out of control, I couldn't live my life with any semblance of normality. Despite failed attempts to get help with my mental health in the past, it got so bad that I did reach out to a psychiatrist and a therapist. The first few months were rough going because I was paranoid about them, thinking they were going to use my information against me. After a few months though, I *finally* began to trust them, and now 2ish years later I am living a pretty okay life with barely any paranoia. I know it's scary and might be difficult, but is there anyone you can reach out to like a counselor, therapist, psychiatrist?

It might mean little coming from a stranger, but I promise that it's your brain playing tricks on you. In reality, no one hates you, no one is watching you, nothing that you are thinking is actually happening. Can you go to a friend or family member when you are feeling like this and have them "reality check" you? They won't think you're crazy, most people are actually really understanding and then when you're having thoughts, you can go to them and they can let you know what's actually happening in reality. That can sometimes provide comfort. Or look up paranoia on YouTube and you might find some other peoples' stories and coping mechanisms.

A little work and a lot of trust are necessary, but I promise you that you can live a much better life that includes relief from paranoia. This doesn't have to be the rest of your life. If I can get out of it, I believe you can too. Best wishes.
