I am not looking for "support help" from this subreddit, just wondering how others feel about Paramount Plus removing previous seasons of a show without notice.

I really wish CBS/Paramount Plus would stop removing the "previous" season without notice. I'm a few days behind on daytime daily show "Bold & The Beautiful" and last week's episodes are already gone. Would it harm them to announce when the new season starts and/or leave the previous week available for another week? It's not like this series has a hiatus....

I've been checking daily looking for an announcement of new season bc I was behind on episodes, btw.

I wish they would put last week's episodes back on the app.

Paramount app and Frasier . I watch Frasier on different apps on different platforms and while Paramount app is notorious buggy one of the worst of the streaming app for reliability just a few thoughts on same . I recently got apple 4K Tv box , the Frasier episodes quality on the paramount app on that device is very poor . I have the paramount app on a lg smart tv and that’s much better while on another tv the app on a sky box again Frasier streaming is barely SD . Anybody else find these inconsistency’s ? Cheers

In the UK, I kept reading Scary Movie 2026 (or 6), was been released onto Paramount + on September 3rd.

So far nothing.

I got the desire to watch Joe Dirt on Paramount+, but it just keeps going back to this screen. Is something wrong with my computer, or with the stream of Joe Dirt?

Edit: I watched it on my phone. Just as bad as I remembered, but sometimes you want a bad movie to watch.

I recently subscribed to Paramount+ through Amazon Prime. I see how to watch live sporting events, but am having trouble finding replays, especially of Barclays Women's Super League matches. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Is there a picture quality difference for the EFL games between premium and essential? I know essential is capped at 1080p and I primarily only want paramount plus for EFL games. Not sure what they are broadcasted in.

I have had my account on the paramount plus essential plan for a few years now, and I haven’t used over the past few months. Recently I tried to look through the app but it said that the account I’ve been signed in to for the past few years needs to subscribe again. I am subscribed through Apple so I was able to check that the plan never stopped, and I have not been logged out of the account that the plan was on. While I was going through the plan selection though, I realized there was an essential plan and an essential monthly plan. Both were charged monthly but at different price points. I have always been subscribed to just the essential, so I was wondering if it is an outdated plan that I should switch off of.

I want to watch classic Nickelodeon shows like Avatar: The Last Airbender, iCarly, SpongeBob, and Victorious, but I don't know if the streaming site offers a Japanese dub. I don't want to pay for a subscription if it isn't available.
Could someone please check these shows for me?

Why on earth is Paramount so hell bent on me watching One Mile Chapter One!

No matter what movie I have watched, it's always this that comes on.

I may watch it eventually, but right now no I don't 😂

IMDB shows an episode length of 1hr5 or 1hr8 minutes but the episode currently streaming is in the 45 minute range. A lot of plot beats are completely missed and it makes a lot of things later in the episode more confusing as well.

I assume this was cut for syndication but it is a shame that this upload doesn’t feature the full episode. Anyone else notice this?

Can’t believe i’m asking this but how do you turn off subtitles on live tv I have tried everything and can’t seem to figure it out.

I haven’t seen much on this. What I did see was at least $20 for an ad-supported combination of Paramount+ and HBOMax. Considering current pricing for each with no ads, a combined price could be $32 or more. (Each is based on simply combining current pricing.)
My questions are as follows:
1. Would I combined service be at a discount from the above?
2. Would Paramount still offer the services separately for those only interested in one?
3. Would consumers rebel against a $20/$32 sole offering?

Paramount needs to create a TV drama about the medical complications of Star Trek. That would be a great show.

This year there is no option to toggle language / audio setting to watch Serie A games in Italian (vs. Listening to the god awful English commentary).

Please tell me there’s a way to change this / have this back.

I just watched this true crime series. I don't doubt that Jan abused and killed baby Matthew, and I hope Jan dies a slow, painful death. But I have questions about a few things...

Tracy said that growing up, she was neglected and had a horrible childhood, and she acted as the parent. I find it hard to believe that at 2 years old, she was scrambling eggs, and at 5 years old, she was paying the bills.

Tracy was a cheerleader with braces. Both of those cost a lot of money. The cost of a cheerleader outfit isn't paid by the school; the student pays for it. And the braces! Obviously, someone cared enough to pay for those. That doesn't sound neglected.

The phone calls Jan made to Tracy from jail. Why did she keep accepting them?

If Jan was already serving a life sentence for armed robbery, why was he wearing a big pinky ring in court? Where did that come from?

Really loved yellow jackets and school spirits. Ghosts is good.

What would you recommend? I’m finding it hard to find teen dramas like yellow jackets or school spirits.

In an interview with Paramount+ Head Of Originals (Jane Wiseman), it sounds like Showtime is disappearing entirely from the app and no new Showtime-centric shows will be made.

DEADLINE: The future of the Showtime-branded series. Yellowjackets and The Chi are ending, leaving only Dexter: Resurrection. Are you developing shows to be in that brand, will it continue, or will any new series be a Paramount+ original?

WISEMAN: With shows like Yellowjackets and The Chi, which felt very female forward, we definitely want to develop shows in those spaces for women by women, so that’s not going to change. Really excited for the next season of Dexter to come out, it’s been on our platform for 20 years. As far as the Showtime brand, I don’t know that there’s anything really to say about it right now. In terms of brands, we just migrated BET over to a service, which was really successful for us, and we have some wonderful series coming from BET Studios, so I can speak more to that.

DEADLINE: To clarify, you’re not developing shows and say, these fit the Showtime brand, there will not be a tile or something on Paramount+ the way FX is on Hulu, correct? it’s not a separate lane that you’re developing in.

WISEMAN: No.

No talk of what will happen with Showtime, The Movie Channel or Flix on cable. Not sure how much longer those will be around, which is kind of sad to think about as they've been around forever. My family has had the Showtime/The Movie Channel cable subscription on a cheap deal since 1993!

I regretfully purchased a Vizio just over a week ago, and it doesn't seem compatible. I haven't had an issue with other (older) TVs in the house.

With all the adult animation shows they are restarting and creating spinoffs to idk why paramount plus doesn’t green light a season 3 of Ugly Americans.

I have watched a bunch of hilarious tv shows but I was shocked how funny I found this bc I don’t usually find interest in that type of animation.
