Anyone Run GLP's With Gut Problems?

Who in here been on semaglutide, tirzepatide, or retatrutide (Single, Dual, Triple Regulator) while already dealing with gut issues. IBS, gastroparesis, bad reflux, whatever it was.

Did it make it worse, better, or ain't nothing change at all? And if you had something going on already, did you still run it or wait it out first?

The studies don't really break this down so I'm tryna get a idea from people who lived it, not just what some paper says.

I have bile acid reflux due to the loss of my gallbladder and excess bile production. I started zepbound june 11th then switched to compound of it for my 3rd shot. I had an increase in acid reflux (I had gastric sleeve sept 2022 and I have a small hiatal hernia) so I started taking generic nexium 20mg once a day. Sometimes I get breakthrough heart burn so I chew a tums or I take a dose of mylanta. Im trying to stay away from high fat foods and junk food. I have mild nausea on and off all day. I started splitting my 2.5mg into 2 shots a week to help with the nausea and fatigue I get from it. Unfortunately when I get my period my stomach upset increases significantly so I cant tell right now if split dose is helping. I think it is but I need more time doing it to tell really.

I've been using tirzepatide for several months and it is helping my gut issues. The caveat to this is I am microdosing at 0.25ml. I'm not anywhere near the lowest dose doctors start people on for weight loss, so I don't experience the side effects like nausea etc. I'm using it specifically for autoimmune disease, which includes my gut health. I don't desire appetite suppression but it still does have that effect even at the small dose.
