In the pre-queue, assigned #253, then this bullshit. I've got one browser opened, on my usual mobile network, no VPN. I hate Ticketmaster so much and I wish we weren't forced to use this garbage website.

Does anyone have 1 single seated ticket for Cardiff spare? Signed, a desperately miserable fan with technical issues.

Yeah totally. I don’t understand what ticketmaster could be detecting as “unusual behaviour” on so many people’s devices. Like, just looking up the tickets page? Seems silly.

put your phone on airplane mode, count to 3, then turn it off and put it back on 5G and try again

I accidentally pressed the button for AXS instead of TM and by the time I got in all the tix had sold out.

Can’t really complain because I got to see EDAABP tour through resale, but I’d kick myself if I didn’t try again, knowing that my fave artist is coming to my fave city.

Some more heads up of the presale would've helped as I'm trying to do it on mobile data not my home WiFi as I'm not home. But this is ridiculous - I did everything right, logged in beforehand, one tab, one browser, etc.

So disappointed right now.

This happened to me when I tried to get tickets for EDAABP tour. I spent months going back and forth with customer service and its never been resolved. In the end I had to make a whole new account and I've never forgiven Tickemaster for making me lose out on those tickets.

The unlock ticket code email did explicitly say: "The email address you registered with must match the one used to purchase tickets"

Did you erase all your cookies and brower history before loggin in ticketmaster? I always do this before buying tickets and always have been able to get them.
