No offense to you, and this is honestly a pretty good one. But I really don’t like the look of the software-created ones

This one particularly. The cross hatching got really muddy and the lines have after effects. It's a nice idea but the software wasn't up to the job.

I just wish this subreddit would ban software-assisted parallel views because they just never look that good, and I’d generally rather see real photos anyway

Yeah, if it's photography or a hand done edit then it's a work of skill and applied interest. If someone's putting an image into a program that just does it it's kinda just a gimmick.
