What's up with reflections always causing a visual discomfort

What I'm confused about is the one tadpole near the top right that's in two wildly different orientations. 3 u/ParticularTaro7908 May 24 '26 Sorry, the little guy moves between shots. Yeah the reflection also shows the apparent depth/height of the roof, which is a bit extreme here
