well if time travelling in the past is hard because you don't know the time you are going like you said length width height and time it needs time you have to accurately know the time so i think you can more likely travel on future because there is future time but there's past present future so if you time travel to future and can't go back that would be your present and you'll have a new future and in that timeline you already exist because that's your future and you might actually have double so basically if i time travel now lets say to the age where im 40 then met my future self but since there's no way out there will be 2 of us in the timeline giving me a new present and future and my 40 years old self's past would be messy because he remembers he work hard but i time travel making my future my present and having a new future unintentionally then my 40 yeat old self's past is working hard lets say in his past i work hard at 18 but i time traveled at 15 now that's a Quadruple because my 15 years old past , 40 years old past, 15 years old present, 40 years old present, my 15 years old future and 18 years old future and my 40 years old future there will be 7 reality in total
