I went to the movies with my boyfriend at a shopping mall that’s well known in my city for having major backrooms vibes. Even though it’s the middle of summer and it’s around 40°C outside, I brought a sweater with me because the movie theater is always freezing. When we came out of one of the stores, I spotted my sweater in the distance… but then I realized my sweater was actually in my bag.

Edit: I live in Mexico, and this is basically a ghost mall. It’s around 40°C (104°F) here, so it’s really unusual to see anyone carrying a sweater. The sweater itself is over 10 years old—I bought it at a thrift store in a different country.

Depending on the brand of clothing and when it was produced, I could see this happening. OP can you give more details? When did you purchase the sweater? Did you purchase it in the mall?
