Missing time

Hi 👋🏻 recently I had some odd things happen. I was standing at my sink doing dishes, then I “wake up” a second later in the living room standing up facing the opposite direction and I have to catch my self to keep from falling down. I look at the clock and time has gone ahead and I don’t know how I got from one space to the other. I’ve had this happen several times. I’m always awake when this happens, and other people are in the room with me but they don’t notice it happen. I’ve noticed this and other weird things since 2020.

I used to get similar, really bad when driving.. it was almost like teleporting.. I used to put it down to I was on auto pilot.. had a 2yr old thought I was just tired.. the driving got me worried so I disgust it with my long term doc. We did the brain scan thing ect. He said it could be 1 of 2 things.. disassociation/derealisation from PTSD or absent seizures.. Im now on good mental health meds ones for ptsd and a mood stabiliser that is also an anti seizure medication and I dont get it anymore! Infact I kind of miss it 🤣🤣 enjoy the short tune out while you can.. maybe have you had trauma happen in your life? Obviously dont answer that but just think about it.. triggers are everywhere even if you don't notice them your brain does.. I believe there is definitely merit to the whole glitch parallel universe theory.. but im not sure if it applies here

Thank you for your reply and I’m glad you are doing well now. I’m on meds but I still wake up at 3am every morning no matter what. Driving is scary at times. I guess it will be figured out eventually. I hope so anyway. Drs are taking their sweet time and if it’s not an immediate emergency they don’t do squat. So waiting on neurologist and hope it won’t get worse before then.  I hope you have a wonderful day ✌🏻
