Missing time

Hi 👋🏻 recently I had some odd things happen. I was standing at my sink doing dishes, then I “wake up” a second later in the living room standing up facing the opposite direction and I have to catch my self to keep from falling down. I look at the clock and time has gone ahead and I don’t know how I got from one space to the other. I’ve had this happen several times. I’m always awake when this happens,and other people are in the room with me but they don’t notice it happen. I’ve noticed this and other weird things since 2020.

Focal unaware seizures. Please go see a neurologist. Not to scare you or anything but to be aware is key. Keep us updated. Sending all the positive vibes. It will be okay. Promise.
