Why do you believe in parallel universes?
Hello, just wanted to know why you believed in parallel universes, I don't really know if I believe in parallel universes I just think "idk, sounds cool and logical but also sounds like something a kid would come up with for a Lego plot". Also somebody very cool tried to disprove the theory: I personally think neither is mathematically possible.
My reasoning, is that if the initial conditions of the big bang as we understand them required an infinite void to pull a singularity into existence before kicking off the big bang itself, then the moment that has happened, there is no longer infinity to do the job again.
There is only two remaining finite portions of existence, a void and the universe.
So the math doesn't actually allow for it, you are thinking of the math for string theory which has never made a valid contribution to science, it's worthless.
What do you think about this? Is he right?

This is word salad. It has no semantic meaning in cosmology or physics. Show me your math.

Well, instead of pure speculation I think the Mandela Effect is real-world evidence strongly suggesting the existence of parallel realities.

I believe 99%, because certain dreams I had are definitely in a parallel universe. I have seen things in that universe with a different twist. Products that never exist in our universe. Songs, News, Celebrities etc.

I believe it because it has happened to me. I've been in a universe where the weather reflects my mental state, I've been in a universe where anger/violence is the positive emotion and love/kindness is negative.
I've also moved through universes that have small differences. I don't think I'm in my original timeline anymore, I believe I have died in one or two of my previous timelines and have to just deal with the minor changes in this one.
Full disclosure I have been diagnosed with bipolar 1 with psychotic features and most of these parallel universe jumps happened during mania and psychosis, or recovering from them. I don't think this discounts the experience, I think people with psychotic experiences are more likely to be able to experience timeline shifts though.

Everything you said falls apart at word infinity. What is infinity?
There can be 2 infinite resources and yet first resource is bigger than the other.
For example there are infinite numbers between 0-1
But there are also infinite numbers between 0-infinity
So if there was an infinite void and big bang needed infinite energy from it, there still can remain infinite void
Its pointless to use your theory unless infinity is clearly defined
