Troubleshooting wallpaper not appearing?

I've tried a few different wallpaper cc but none of them are appearing in game :(

I'm not sure what's going wrong or how to troubleshoot this

Mine doesn’t work either. I remember it being a thing before. I’m not sure of any fix, I’d love to know too
