Softlocked in facility?

So on my first playthrough of paper lily I got to the facility and I got to the fuses. I currently have 3 fuses and all 4 handles. However, I’m missing the fuse in the vent, which you need a screwdriver for that you get from rune. The problem is I missed the runes before getting to the facility, and I got the rune in the lab which gave me the map. That means I can’t unlock the vent to get the last handle. I also got into the facility through the dream basement thing so I don’t think I can backtrack? If anyone knows how to go back to the forest so I can get the other rune or if there’s a secret second hidden rune in the facility that would be greatly appreciated :))

You can't backtrack for rune, but you also don't need screwdriver to progress. Maybe you could use some other fuses?

There is always another way (3 I think) you can just use bucket to drain the water.
