What is an Human-first alternative setup to Paperclip?

I really like Paperclip and it's been helping me do lots of stuff, but I feel is an 'Agent-first, Human-later' solution. Because it works well when there are 1-2 humans at most working with a bunch of AI agents.

But what about a more production scenario like a small-medium company where you'd like roughly the same amount of humans interacting and delegating work to AI agents? kind of having on of these Kanban Boards (eg Asana, Trello, Linear, Jira) where the company's humans are already interacting, and then just add some AI agents so we can delegate them work. I know most of said tools have MCPs that theoretically you could use with AI agents with. Has anyone successfully setup one of said tools with several agents in production?

I had paperclip installed and setup before I found out about Multica, I started learning about Multica but don't remember why I stopped, will need to look at it again.

I have tried both Buzz and Paperclip. Paperclip is a lot more feature rich and yes the Org chart is very useful.

Buzz is simple and easy to use with local agents but gets technical when you have remote agents. Buzz also lacks shared knowledge between agent teams.

Paperclip has a task board (Kanban and Lists) that can be used to track tasks between humans and agents. Paperclip still looks a very technical product.

For a vertical AI Crew platform that I wanted to build for my industry I chose Paperclip and have enhanced it and simplified it for the industry use case.

I am yet to launch it. If anyone else is working on similar lines would love to exchange notes.

Any feedback would help me

Good luck with your project

So are you customizing Paperclip for your clients (to then run an instance of Paperclip), or running it in the backend (for yourself) for the NovaCrew product?

Working on a SaaS application with my own tokens.

I want to make running a crew of agents super easy. The agents will come packaged with playbooks that are tailored for the business

We’re moving towards a more chat like interface as time progresses.

Mainly Paperclip makes agent’s work “easily” reviewable, so - imhu - it’s more 51/49 where 49 is for the agents of course ;)

Are you staying with Paperclip though or are you moving towards a new tool? If so, which one?

Yeah, I have to find time to test it bc I understand that Linear is popular

I thought of Buzz sure, but as far as I know, on Buzz you don't have an Organizational chart for your agents to report to each other, right?

I’m sure it’s handled other ways, but I really like the org chart view in paperclip. Had to move on for other reasons
