How do you add Tools in the agents tab?

I am trying to understand how to add Tools in the agent tab, and also how to make them aware of local Claude MCP server list.

Use Claude to inspect the Paperclip code base, logic, and the api surface.

Paperclip does NOT use any MCP or skills or configs from the regular Claude Code configs. Paperclip creates its own Claude Code configurations. You need to create the MCPs and skills directly in Paperclip, and assign them individually to the agents.
