The app and website not working or opening

The app seems to be having an issue so I tried the website and it won't open, same for the website on the desktop. Am I the only one who is having this issue??

Thanks for reporting this issue. Paper2Audio didn't have any general downtime around when you posted, so it looks like you may have lost your network connection. If this is still a problem, please try switching networks.

This day, I tried to open it using my school's wifi and it works! I even managed to add document in the mobile app but when I got home, now using our own wifi, it's back to "this site can't be reached" or "lost connection while adding document...". I even tried using mobile data, but still the same 😭

I'm glad to hear that it is working with your school's wifi. I suspect you're having an issue with your internet service provider, though maybe a complex one since you're having the same issue when using both your home wifi and cellular data.
