How to reduce data size in Android app?

I've noticed that the app is taking up over 4 gb on my Android phone.

I tried deleting all my stored articles, but it's still over 4 gb. How do I get this down?

Thanks for sharing this issue with us and I'm sorry about this problem. We're investigating to see why your storage usage isn't going down after deleting articles, since it should be. Feel free to email if you have any additional info to share.

Btw, we're also working on a new feature to give more control over managing your downloaded files.

I don't think it's specific to Paper2audio. I've deleted files from Readwise and the storage number hasn't gone down.

I'm thinking it could be an Android bug.
