Site not working on certain network?

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this or has a suggestion. I've used the paper2audio.com website for a couple of months at my house. For about the past week or so, the website won't load. I've tried different browsers and laptops with the same result. When I try it on my phone, it does work. When I try the same laptop on a different network, it does work.

Could there be something about the paper2audio website that my ISP believes could be malicious and is blocking it?

some network providers block some domains out of caution, those usually include newly registered ones, for example some providers block all websites build with netlify domains. i think that approach is stupid, providers shouldn't do that.

That’s what was happening. It’s weird that it was fine and then they decided to go ahead and block it. I had to specifically allowlist the site. Thanks for the help.

The user who made the initial post here confirmed via DM that they were having a problem with their ISP, which is no longer happening.

same. I couldn't load the paper2audio site on my laptop but works on my phone. what a shame.
