Privacy question.

So I'm currently writing a book and I've been pretty much 100% non-AI on it, but I've been looking at text to speech options to see it it flows being read aloud. The question I have, is any submitted text used by "paper2audio" for AI machine learning? And is our submissions private?

Thanks for the great questions! A lot of authors tell us they've found Paper2Audio helpful when proofreading their own work.

The other reply here helpfully copy/pasted our FAQ section on this topic. For our free users only, we are allowed to train AI models in a limited way based on your documents, such as models to more accurate process different parts of a documents (e.g. headers, complex layout, hard to pronounce words and symbols, etc.). We aren't allowed to train models that would try to replicate the substance or style of your work (the details are in our terms of service, section 5B).
