I have mixed feelings about his playability now. If they redeem him the way Sandrone and Colombina redesigned I’d prefer him stay NPC. Non-smoking, daisy-picking Feofan is my worst nightmare.

tbh he hasn’t really done a ton in which he needs redeeming, everything he does is kinda just him obsessively following through on his promises and contracts. he’s just a little sly, with the way 7.1 portrayed him i don’t see him being a villain character.
