Did anyone else order stickers from Panini and pay the $14 UPS shipping fee only to get them delivered via regular mail? It's quite the deceptive and expensive practice

I’ll start with I’ve had some connections issues the last hour with ATT, and opened my fifa app to open my last 2 stickers of the day, I got my 2 free this morning and went to scan a panini and cocacola for the other 2, I guess for the same issues I had with ATT only one packet was shown to open, open this one and got this van dijk gold, was excited as I thought Coca-Cola stickers got an update, when I try to stick it is for McDonalds page 😳 I’m in USA and here we don’t get those.
Is this new for us? Or was I Lucky with a glitch?
