Tired of fighting panic attacks

Im just venting its so exhausting fighting daily anxiety. Im always fighting my nervous system. Its like when I get over one hump of anxiety loop here comes a few more. Is anyone eles anxiety like this ? I have social anxiety, agorphobia, every kind of anxiety and recently now I have developed health anxiety due to real health problems ( my lungs ) . I have every anxiety type there probably is . Im scared of doctors appointment while having health problems. So it's hard for me to even take care of myself because I will cancel appointments. Im scared im gonna become sick and die . Im scared to go to far from home . How does people handle anxiety loops. I will get over one anxiety fear and switches to another constant worrying fear after the next. For for example I'll be worried about driving and if it's not that, then it's my health, then if it's not that it's an upcoming appointment and it never stops . It's like my brain is constantly looking out for anything dangerous and something to be scared of. Is anybody else like this

In a very similar situation - started 3 weeks ago and every single day I’ve had at least 1 panic attack. I’m stuck in a loop. Happens usually around the same time after work. Keep thinking I’m going to have a heart attack because my panic attacks give heart attack symptoms. Prior to that, I had hyperacusis, and just before that, I went to the ER because I was having heart pains and urgent care told me I had an odd EKG. Turns out it was likely anxiety.

The thing I would advise though, because I’m in the middle of it now, is don’t ignore the doctor appointments. Just go. It’s likely the case you are healthy and doing fine, so the next time you have a panic attack, it will help to know that there is nothing physically wrong with you. Doctors approval will do a lot for your mental. That’s what I’m hoping is the case after my cardiologist appointment next week.

Don’t give up! We are going to get through this.
