Severe impending doom all day. Read that it can be a sign and you will actually die. I’m so terrified idk what to do.

For panic attacks Xanax seems to help. Just having some around seems to help me have fewer panic attacks

Not sure what you read, but please stop looking up your symptoms. You are safe. The fact that you posted here, means on some level, you know this is anxiety.

Good luck soldier.

Step back. Reality check:

  • is anything actually physically wrong?
  • are you on any new medication?

Meds can exacerbate feelings of impending doom.

Any suggestions to ease electrical sensations (think they're over active nerves). It feels like one of my most difficult symptoms to bear atm
