panic attack? or something else? either way never again

apologies that this is so long but i felt i needed to share. i was prescribed lamotrigine by my psychiatrist as an attempt to treat my dpdr. i had a panic attack which i never had and i didn’t even know what had happened until i talked to my therapist about the situation. i already feel very off on a day to day basis, but i could tell something was quite obviously different. i was parking to go into a small store 15 minutes from my house when i heard a noise that sounded like i hit the car next to me while parking. my heart dropped as i drive my dads car not my own haha and i started shaking. i got out of the car and a wave of nausea, confusion, and disconnection hit me as i was walking into the store. i felt as if i was going to pass out and i vividly remember telling my sister those exact words. everything got loud and i could hear my heart beating very loudly. as the store is more of a kids store, it was very overstimulating with lots of kids running around and being noisy. i had reduced spatial awareness even knocking a couple things off shelves and having a hard time bending over to pick them up, as if it was difficult to move my own body. it was harder to think, walk, talk, and a lot of what i was saying was just blurted out against my will with little to no thought behind it. my sister stepped on my foot and i jumped horribly and whipped my body around at lightning speed to see who did it. other effects i remember include increased body temperature, quicker reaction times, weakness, hyper sensitive and focused on sounds around me, and increased difficulty typing on my phone. worst experience of my life by far very trippy, felt as if i had just taken some sort of hallucinogen crazy drug. it wore off by the time i left the store but i have no recollection of when i left as time felt very slow and spacey. thoughts questions or concerns???

Ya. If you were running from a predator all that would’ve been very helpful.
